A blend to relax. Lavender and Chamomile are known for their relaxing, sedation and soothing properties. Marjoram helps with stress and insomnia.
Uses
For an immediate effect, apply to both palms, rub palms together, and inhale deeply from your hands 2-3 times. Apply to pulse points for relaxation. Always check if you are allergic to any of the oils by doing a patch skin test first.
