TERMS OF SALE
All orders are billed in Canadian currency. Our on-line store accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  You may also use your PayPal account.

CANADIAN SALES & GENERAL INFORMATION

Taxes
Applicable Federal and Provincial taxes will be added to your order.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped by Canada Post, and originate from Salt Spring Island BC.
• Shipments are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday. We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination.
• Canadian orders should arrive within 5-10 business days from time of shipment.
• Please ensure that your shipping details (i.e. full mailing address) are correct when you place your order, and also when you receive your e-mail order confirmation. We are unable to re-route packages once they are in transit.
• Lavender & Black is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incomplete or inaccurate information. In the event that we have made an error on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment of the product.
• If you refuse delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

Taxes
 International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs and duties imposed by your local government, or brokerage fees. You are responsible for payment of these fees.

Shipping​

• International orders are shipped by Expedited Post, a service of Canada Post. However we reserve the right to use other carriers when necessary. 
• U.S. orders should arrive within 5-10 business days from time of shipment. Orders outside North America can take as much as 4 to 6 weeks.

SHIPPING CLAIMS
Lavender & Black makes every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging of our products. In the unlikely event that that your shipment is not received or is received damaged, please notify us immediately, so we can take appropriate action to replace the damaged or missing items. In the event of a shipping dispute, Lavender & Black will be released of all responsibility once proof of shipping has been produced. Lavender & Black will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays that may result when shipping outside North America.

RETURNS 
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know immediately. We will do our best to respond to your concerns. 

• Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Lavender & Black.
