Workshops

Learn the basic alchemy of distilling when you join us for a 4 hour hands-on workshop. Harvest, distill and bottle your own lavender oil and hydrosol, under the guidance of an experienced distiller. You take home organic essential oil and hydrosol (floral water) valued up to $100, and have a unique distilling experience. 

Most of the work is outdoors. You will use sharp harvesting tools, copper and glass equipment, and work with hot stills. So come prepared and dress comfortably. And more importantly have fun!
